Withering Leaf

As wind blew again, it fell from tree
To be uncared for, to be lost now
Time has come to be parted
Break these bonds away with wind of time

Flew to lonely lands
No one to reminisce old times
None to share smile
As it blew to its own haven
Slowly wither away in memory of times.

Living in shadows of past
So long as happy memories last
Alone at heart, often pondering a thought
If ever was in their heart

Slowly as it fade now
With passage of time.
Stare from far now
At those who are still alive

Feeling last breath of life
 Still a hope lingers
To find another bunch.
To make bonds again.
Neither one a-like it misses

Yet enough to keep it alive.
